Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By signing in to or using this application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not access or use the App.

2. Intellectual Property Ownership

All intellectual property rights in and to the App (including but not limited to source code, design, architecture, branding, documentation, and all related materials) are and shall remain the sole and exclusive property of the App owner. No rights, title, or interest in any intellectual property are transferred to you by virtue of your access to or use of the App.

3. No Contributor or Ownership Status

Your use of the App (including but not limited to testing, evaluating, identifying bugs, reporting issues, or suggesting features or improvements) does not make you a contributor, co-creator, co-owner, or joint inventor of the App. No employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship is created by your use of or access to the App.

4. Feedback and Suggestions

Any feedback, ideas, bug reports, feature requests, or suggestions you voluntarily provide regarding the App ("Feedback") shall become the sole and exclusive property of the App owner. You hereby irrevocably assign all right, title, and interest in any Feedback to the App owner. No compensation, credit, or acknowledgment is owed for any Feedback provided.

5. Limited License

You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the App solely for the purpose of testing and evaluation. This license does not include any right to modify, distribute, sublicense, or create derivative works based on the App.

6. Revocation of Access

The App owner reserves the right to revoke your access to the App at any time, for any reason, without prior notice or liability.

7. No Warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. The App owner makes no representations or warranties regarding the reliability, availability, accuracy, or completeness of the App.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Confidentiality

You agree not to disclose, share, or distribute any proprietary information, features, or technical details about the App to any third party without the prior written consent of the App owner.

10. Modifications to Terms

The App owner reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Auditober sign-up and prizes

This section covers the Auditober and AuditKeyboard pages and their signup forms. The App provisions above concern use of the AssureSwarm application. Entry conditions for the hackathon will be stated in its published rules.

AuditKeyboard pads are not for sale. They are prizes at Auditober, a monthlong hackathon through October 2026. Entries are judged in four categories. Each category winner receives an AuditKeyboard and one QAIP readiness review provided by Cherry Hill Advisory. The four winners also share $1,000,000 in AssureSwarm subscriptions. Full prize terms will be stated in the published rules.

Signing up is free. It charges nothing, reserves nothing and takes no payment details; it tells us where to send the rules and entry instructions in late September. Signup is not an entry or an order. Entering the hackathon is a separate step under the rules published at that time. We may change or cancel the hackathon and will say so on the event page and to everyone who signed up.

The signup form accepts work email addresses and refuses known personal and temporary mailbox providers. This is a rule about the form, not a statement of who may enter the hackathon. The published rules will set entry conditions.

The full AuditKeyboard experience is Windows-only today. The device is built on the Work Louder Creator Micro 2 Pro. Work Louder and other product names belong to their owners; naming the hardware does not imply an endorsement or partnership. Interactive demos illustrate the product's behavior.
